CentraState Healthcare System will be holding a Sports Performance Open House for adults and children of all sports interests and levels on Nov. 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the 3-2 Count Athletic Training Facility at 32A Fairfield Road, Howell.

Activities will include equipment with a kettle ball, Just Jump Mat and more; squat technique training; use of batting cages and swing evaluations; and contests for base running, hitting, pitching accuracy, sports trivia challenges and more. A lecture on ACL injury prevention is scheduled for noon, and a functionmovement screening will be held at 1 p.m.
