      The Red Bank Public Library, 84 W. Front St., will offer craft programs for children during December. Holiday cards will be the craft Dec. 8-13, snowflake people Dec. 15-20, winter pop-ups Dec. 22-27, and winter wonderland posters Dec. 29-Jan. 3. Paper crafts will be offered weekdays all month.

Register for decorating contest by Dec. 10
      The Borough of Red Bank is sponsoring a home-decorating contest the week of Dec. 15, with four homeowners receiving prizes for the best presentation. Entry forms should be returned by Dec. 10.       The Arthritis Foundation will hold its Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis Dec. 13 at Bar Anticipation, Lake Como. The event offers either a 3-mile fun run or walk, and participants may run or walk in honor of a friend or family member with arthritis, or to show they are taking control of arthritis.
