Mr. Rinaldi, 80, of Red Bank, died Nov. 22, 2008, at home. He was owner and operator of East Coast Panel Board, Keyport, for 25 years, and the mayor of Keansburg from 1983-84. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary Sanns Rinaldi; a son and daughter-in-law, Salvatore and Dawn Rinaldi III, of Middletown; a daughter and son-in-law, Maria and Bob Rahner of Bogato; four sisters, Virginia, Angie, Connie and Genéve; a brother, Leo; and a grandson. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Mary's Chapel, Middletown. Burial was at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
