FoodBank elects officers for 2009

The board of trustees of The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Neptune, elected its officers for the upcoming year in mid-October. Kevin McHugh, Manasquan, and COO of The Atlantic Club, Manasquan/Red Bank, was elected as chairman of the board.

Robert Brown, Wall Township, and vice president senior private client adviser at Wilmington Trust FSB, was elected board vice chairman. Joseph Casella, Wall Township, and senior vice president and director of commercial lending at Ocean- First Toms River, was elected board treasurer.

Roberta Sheridan, Port Monmouth section of Middletown, and area manager at Jersey Central Power & Light, was elected as secretary.

New board members are Denise Anderson, Ph.D., Lincroft section of Middletown; Paul Barlo, principal planner/ architect at Barlo & Associates, Brick; Sandy Cohen, executive chef of the Lakewood BlueClaws; Maria Farhat Tanzola, senior vice president and private client adviser, U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, Red Bank; and Carole Knopp Morris, Neptune, retired superintendent of Manasquan School District.
