Mrs. Kiffin, 79, of Tinton Falls, died Dec. 8, 2008. She was employed at the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce for more than 25 years, retiring in 2005. During retirement, she was a freelance writer and editor, and published author. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Tonda Kiffin of Seattle; two daughters and one son-in-law, Allison Kiffin Garth and John of Little Silver, and Leslie Cornick of Saxton's River, Vt.; a sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Bill Siebenheller of Colts Neck; and three granddaughters. Arrangements were by John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank.
