Clogging Express to hold dance workshop Feb. 20
      The Monmouth Clogging Express 4-H Club will hold a clogging dance workshop Feb. 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Monmouth County Agriculture Building, 4000 Kozloski Road, Freehold. Youth in grades one through first year in college are welcome, and no experience is necessary.
