Landlord/tenant seminar at library March 18

The Monmouth Vicinage will hold a landlord/tenant seminar March 18 from 10 a.m. to noon at Monmouth County Library, Eastern Branch, 1001 Route 35 north, Shrewsbury.

The seminar will offer information on the landlord/tenant process such as how a complaint if filed, what happens in court, the eviction process and illegal lockouts.A question and answer period with the court staff, and attorney Scott Conover of Ocean Monmouth Legal Services will follow; however, no personal cases may be discussed or resolved.
