Conservatory offers classes
The Monmouth Conservatory of Music in Red Bank is offering summer music programs taught by members of the school's music faculty. Music Camp, for ages 6 to 8, includes Chorus & Introduction to Singing, Keyboard Group Class, Listen and Learn Introduction to Instruments, and other musical activities. Camp meets 9 a.m. to noon, Monday- Friday, for a one-week session, July 21- 25. Tuition: $250 per week. Strings Camp is for beginning and intermediate players with at least one year of experience. Explore technique and repertoire of your instrument through guided instruction, discussion and ensemble playing. Students will be grouped by level. Chorus experience is included. Camp meets 9 a.m. to noon, Monday - Friday, for a one-week session July 21-25. Tuition: $250 per week.

Magic Keys Summer Sampler for ages 4-5 is a short-session introduction to basic musical concepts such as rhythm, pitch recognition and simple patterns on the keyboard. Have fun with group musical activities and singing. Four-class sessions meet through July 25, from 9 to 10 a.m., either Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Friday. Tuition: $100 per session.
