Janus Solutions President Thomas Blatner gave a presentation about the Monmouth County strategic plan at a Nov. 6 meeting hosted by the Board of Chosen Freeholders. Blatner was incorrectly identified as Bill Heine, director of the Monmouth County Department of Public Information, in a story on the meeting and a photo caption in the Nov. 13 issue.
