'Changing Seasons, Changing Moods'
Acollection of watercolor and pastel paintings by Shrewsbury artist Nessa Neilson Morse is on display at the West Long Branch Public Library.

Sponsored by the Friends of the West Long Branch Public Library, "Changing Seasons, Changing Moods" will run through Dec. 29 during regular library hours.

Morse is an adjunct instructor in art for Brookdale Community College, where she teaches computer painting for the Art Department and drawing for interior design for the Interior Design Department. She retired after teaching art for 33 years in both high schools in the Middletown Public School system.

An exhibiting member of the Guild of Creative Art, she is a member of the Plein Air Painters of the Jersey Coast. Her award-winning pastel and watercolors are primarily landscapes painted at locations on the East Coast.
