      Mr. Conklin, 78, of Rumson, and formerly Little Silver, and Colts Neck, died Feb. 4, 2009, at home. He was a senior partner at Conklin, Cahill and Company, New York City, and former governor of the New York Stock Exchange. He was a former member of the Rumson Planning Board, and Borough Council.
