      Mrs. Chizmar, 67, of Red Bank, died March 15, 2009, at home. She resided in Colts Neck, prior to relocating to Red Bank. She was a former fashion consultant at Bamberger's Department Store, and a retired travel agent at Odyssey Travel. She was predeceased by a stepbrother, Paul Chizmar Jr. She is survived by a son, Paul Moscatello of Brooklyn, N.Y.

      Ms. Connor, 94, of Rumson, died March 7, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was employed at Monmouth College Library, West Long Branch, for 18 years, retiring in 1983. She was predeceased by three brothers, Martin, Timothy and John; and a sister, Kathleen Welch. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Janice Lyle Tatum
      Mrs. Tatum, 80, of Tinton Falls, died March 12, 2009. She co-owned Lincroft Fireside Fabrics, Lincroft section of Middletown, for several years. Prior to that during the 1940s, she was a display artist at Newark Public Library. She was a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts in Tinton Falls. She was predeceased by a son, Craig, in 2000.

      Mrs. Salgado, 50, of Red Bank, died March 9, 2009, in Queens, N.Y. She resided in Middletown, prior to relocating to Queens 13 years ago. She was a bilingual aide for the Red Bank Regional High School until 2008 before leaving because of an illness.

      Mr. Marx, 87, of Tinton Falls, died March 15, 2009, at home. He was the third generation in his family business, Marx Brothers, Shrewsbury, and named Business Man of the Year in 1972. He was the former Shrewsbury Borough Fire Department Chief, president of the Board of Education President, First Aid Captain, and member of Shrewsbury Borough Police Reserve.

Arnold "Mickey" Rathlev
      Mr. Rathlev, 89, of Little Silver, died March 12, 2009, at home. He was employed for several technology companies, retiring from ITT in 1975. Prior to that, he was with the U.S. Army for several years, retiring as a colonel at Fort Monmouth, Eatontown, in 1966. He was predeceased by his wife, Catherine; and a daughter, Catherine.
