The New Jersey Wildcats announced the addition of Delaware soccer standout Alli D'Amico. The Manasquan native is set to join the Wildcats when they travel to Long Island for a May 9 W-League seasonopener against the Rough Riders.

D'Amico finished up an accomplished college career at the University of Delaware this past fall, concluding her time there with 41 points via 16 goals and nine assists. She was a four-year letter winner for the Blue Hens, receiving Colonial Athletic Association All-Rookie Team honors her freshman year and All-CAA third team accolades following her senior season.

D'Amico, a graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School, was pivotal in bringing her high school a pair of state championships following her junior and senior seasons. She was also named the Monmouth County Player of the Year in addition to being selected to the All-State Second Team following her senior year.

The USL W-League played its inaugural season in 1995, and it is recognized as the premier development league for female players in North America. The schedule is set to open next May and commence in August.

Matthew DiPoalo of Old Bridge, a senior left-handed pitcher for Christian Brothers Academy, Lincroft section of Middletown, has verbally committed to continue his baseball career and education at LaSalle University, Philadelphia, Penn. He was a member of CBA's 2008 South Jersey Parochial A Championship Team and played his travel baseball for the Richmond County Baseball Club, where he was coached by former New York Mets pitcher John Franco, along with Nick DeFendis. DiPoalo was also selected and participated in the Selectfest Baseball Showcase over the summer at Rutgers University. DiPoalo grew up playing in the Old Bridge Little League Association.
