Mr. Figueras, 73, of Red Bank, died March 14, 2009. He was a chef for several years in New York City and New Jersey, as well as Pan American Airlines. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Irma; two sons, Juan Carlos and Eric Joel; and two grandsons. Interment was at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
