United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union (UTF), Tinton Falls, has announced the promotion of Francis James from CFO/vice president administration to CFO/executive vice president operations. He will direct all operational functions of the company, and retain the duties of CFO.

Laura Black has assumed the position of branch manager at the new UTF Neptune location. She had been the branch manager at UTF's Middletown branch. Sarah Nazario was promoted to branch manager at the AT&T location in Middletown. She had previously held the position of a financial sales representative at UTF's Tinton Falls location. Randy Pietsch will assume the role of branch manager at UTF's new Marlboro location when it opens this month. He had been branch manager of the North Brunswick location. Phillip Woolfolk has been hired to assume the responsibility of branch manager at the North Brunswick location. Prior to joining UTF, he was employed at Sovereign and United Jersey Bank.

Exhibit Surveys Inc., Red Bank, a provider of research and measurement services for the exhibition and event industry, has announced a new online tradeshow planning tool to bring measurement and business justification to the public. The trade show planning and measurement tool (TSPM) uses a proven structure to set measurable objectives, and report results that lead to improved return on investment and return on objectives, according to the company.

Sheila Franklin Gilstein of Monmouth Therapy Associates, Tinton Falls, has received the Exceptional Service Award from the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA). She received the award for "giving a voice to dance/movement therapists in important legislative matters that affect practice in New Jersey," according to the ADTA. She is the government affairs chair for the N.J. Chapter of ADTA.

Bill Plageman, Shrewsbury, has been named by Amerlux Lighting Solutions, Fairfield, as its new vice president of product marketing. He has been with the company for more than five years, most recently as vice president of national specification sales. Prior to joining Amerlux, Plageman was regional director of national accounts at Lightolier.
