Mr. Gallagher, 76, of Red Bank, died April 28, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was director of cash management and banking relations at Allied Signal Corp. for more than 35 years, retiring in 1986. He was predeceased by a sister, Marie McLaughlin; and two brothers, Lawrence and James Gallagher. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara Mc- Nally Gallagher; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ellen and Paul Morelli, and Anne and Raymond Fulton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas and Rachel Gallagher, and Terence and Patricia Gallagher; three sisters, Claire Mc- Carthy, Rita Marcincak and Margaret Gallagher; three brothers, Peter, John and Joseph Gallagher; and nine grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Leo the Great Roman Catholic Church, Lincroft section of Middletown. Interment was at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John E.
