Cabaret for Life show May 27 in Asbury

Cabaret for Life (CFL), Ocean Grove, a nonprofit organization that provides musical theater to support charities for those affected by cancer and HIV/AIDS, will present the first of five shows, "Children Will Listen: The Musical Legacy of Oscar Hammerstein II and Stephen Sondheim," 7:30 p.m. May 27 at Tim McLoone's Supper Club, 1200 Ocean Ave., Asbury Park. The show features local singers Kristen Butcher and Kelly Ross, both Red Bank; Corey Mosello, Howell; Suzanne Ramsey Restivo, Monroe Township; and Ken Wasser, West Long Branch.

Remaining shows will be "New Faces of 2009" on June 24, "GAY and Be Glitter" on July 30, "Pardon My Southern Accent: Suzanne Ramsey-Restivo" on Aug. 26, and "Cindy Buck" pm Sept. 30 All will begin at 7:30 p.m.
