Two local sites and a third in Long Branch appear on the state historic trust's preservation grant list and local legislators have pledged their support of the bill. The Parker-Sickles Homestead in Little Silver and the Anthony B. Reckless Estate, now the Woman's Club of Red Bank, both appear on the New Jersey Historic Trust's 2008 list of preservation grants.
