      Mary Elizabeth "Bette" Abel
            Mrs. Abel, 91, of Red Bank, died May 18, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was an artist and instructor and exhibiting artist at The Guild of Creative Art, Shrewsbury. She was also the art director for the borough of Little Silver. She exhibited at several local galleries as well as the Whitney Museum and Lincoln Center in New York City. Mrs.

      Emma T. Schunke
            Mrs. Schunke, 92, of Tinton Falls, died May 23, 2009, at Renaissance Gardens, Tinton Falls. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold V. Schunke, in 1986; a granddaughter, Christine May, in 1980; a brother, Edgar Sturken; and a sister, Anne Carlson. She is survived by a son, John J. Schunke of Wayne; a daughter and sonin law, Barbara A.

      Mary Grace Collins
            Mrs. Collins, 79, of Murrells Inlet, S.C., and formerly of the Belford section of Middletown, died May 20, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent, in 1989. Mrs. Collins is survived by three sons, Dave Collins of the West Keansburg section of Hazlet, and Glen Collins and Vincent Collins, both of Murrells Inlet, S.C.

            Mrs. Endlich, 92, of the Shadow Lake section of Middletown, died May 20, 2009, at home. She had resided in Edison before relocating to Shadow Lake in 1979. Before her retirement, Mrs. Endlich was a seamstress in Perth Amboy. She was predeceased by her first husband, Walter J. Capik; her husband, Robert Endlich; a daughter, Rochelle Capik Buck; a grandson, Kenneth J.

            Mr. Smith, 47, of Red Bank, died May 21, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was employed at Real Soft Inc., Cranbury, as a contract employer for AT&T. Prior to that, he was employed at AT&T, Lincroft section of Middletown, and Holmdel, until 2004. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Kim Mitter Smith; a son, Tony Jr.
