Elizabeth "Betty" May Tiedeman

Mrs. Tiedeman, 83, of Red Bank, died June 9, 2009, in Lake Worth, Fla. Before her retirement in 1989, she was employed by Bell Telephone Co. in New Jersey. Mrs. Tiedeman was active in the Telephone Pioneers. She was predeceased by her only son and his wife, Bruce and Barbara Tiedeman; and her siblings, Norman E. Stanton and Helen Tamburella. She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Sally Stanton of Gainesville, Mo.; a sister-in-law, Adele Stanton of Waco, Texas; five nephews; and two nieces. Interment was at All Saints Episcopal Cemetery, Locust section of Middletown. Arrangements were by John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank.
