CPC Behavioral Healthcare, Eatontown, will hold the CPC Pier House 5K at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 7, beginning on the great lawn in Long Branch. Preregistration for adults is $22 by Aug. 31, $25 from Sept. 1-6, and $28 on race day; and $10 for children.

Proceeds will benefit CPC's behavioral health and education services to individuals regardless of their ability to pay.

The event will feature music, prizes and refreshments for participants. All runners will receive T-shirts and goodie bags.
