Mr. Fragale, 90, of West Long Branch, died Sept. 22, 2009, at Gateway Care Center, Eatontown. He was a pressman at the Newark Star- Ledger and the Long Branch Daily Record. He was predeceased by a brother, Vincent Fragale; and a sister, Sarah Vaccaro, both in 2009. Mr. Fragale is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marian Pedone Fragale; two sons and a daughter-inlaw, Joseph P. and Helen Fragale of Red Bank, and Michael J. Fragale of Long Branch; a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Arthur Kieffer of Matawan; two brothers, Mario Fragale of Long Branch and Frank Fragale of Lakewood; and three grandchildren. Interment with military honors took place at Mount Carmel Cemetery, West Long Branch. Arrangements were by Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch.
