Rose Theresa Noon Mrs. Noon, 88, of New Canaan, Conn., and formerly Red Bank, died Oct. 13, 2009, at Norwalk (Conn.) Hospital. She resided in Red Bank prior to relocating to New Canaan in 2003. Mrs. Noon was employed at Delicious Orchards, Colts Neck, from 1968 until retiring at age 81. She was predeceased by her husband of 32 years, William P. Noon, in 1978; six brothers; and two sisters. She is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Rosemary and Kenneth Dickinson of Edgewater, Fla., Ann and Ed Bryant of Charlotte, N.C., Margaret and Joseph Toce of New Canaan, Conn., and Eileen and William Butler of Edgewater, Fla.; a sister, Margaret Lewis of Scranton, Pa.; nine grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. Interment followed at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by Hoyt Funeral Home, New Canaan, Conn., and John Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. Memorial donations may be made to the New Canaan Inn, 73 Oenoke Ridge Road, New Canaan, CT 06840; or Family and Children's Service, 191 Bath Ave., Long Branch, NJ. |
