      Referendum vote backs up three on council

      TINTON FALLS — By a margin of close to 1,000 votes, Tinton Falls voters on Nov. 3 approved cutting the open space tax rate.       Mr. McNally, 75, of Little Silver, died Oct. 29, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a portfolio control manager at GE Capital Corp., retiring in 1992 after more than 30 years.
