Mr. McNally, 75, of Little Silver, died Oct. 29, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a portfolio control manager at GE Capital Corp., retiring in 1992 after more than 30 years. Dr. Ticehurst, V.M.D., 97, of Kensington, Md., and formerly Red Bank and Shrewsbury, died Oct. 28, 2009, in Bethesda, Md., following a brief illness. He founded Ticehurst Animal Hospital, Middletown.
