Little Silver seniors slate holiday party

The Seniors of Little Silver will hold its annual holiday party at 1 p.m. Dec. 15 at the clubhouse on Church Street. A buffet lunch and desserts will be served. Attendees wishing to take part in the gift exchange should bring a $5 wrapped gift. Music students from Markham Place School, accompanied by teachers Stephanie Bennett and Jennifer Brush, will perform at the event.

The final collection for the holiday needs of Lunch Break will also be made. Items needed include nonperishable foods, new clothing and new toys. Gift cards for food, clothing and toys are appreciated. Used items will have to be brought directly to Lunch Break.

No formal meetings are scheduled for January and February. Yearly dues of $10 are payable now, and membership is open to any Monmouth County resident age 55 or older. For information, call Ann Hansen at 732-450- 0689.
