Gospel singer Joshua Nelson will be in concert 7:30 p.m. Jan. 23 at Two River Theater, 21 Bridge Ave., Red Bank. Nelson, who is black and Jewish, sings Jewish religious music in the tradition of gospel music. Tickets are $45, or $75 for premium tickets, which include an after-party reception with Nelson. The Healing Shepherd Prayer Group at Holy Cross Church, Ward Avenue and Rumson Road, Rumson, will hold a charismatic healing Mass at 8 p.m. Dec. 28. Celebrant will be the Rev. Pio Mandato.

The Ocean Grove Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the Victorian Holiday Festival House and Inn Tour Dec. 12 and 13 . Events from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. will include tours of inns and houses; dollhouses of the past at the Ocean Grove Museum; and a train show in the community room. Tours will also be held noon-3:30 p.m. Bus transportation around town will be provided. Horse and buggy rides will leave at Francis Asbury Manor 11 a.m.-2 p.m., and guided tours of the Great Auditorium will take place 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. A hand bell concert will be performed at 4 p.m., and a live Nativity pageant in the Great Auditorium at 5 p.m. Tickets are $30 each, and good for two days, all-inclusive. A "Hungry Bowl" pet food drive to benefit pets at the Monmouth County SPCA, Eatontown, is being sponsored by Dazzling Pet Sitting Service, Middletown, through Dec. 12. The Red Bank Public Library will present two holiday concerts celebrating the music of Christmas, Hanukkah and wintertime.
Members of the Christ Church Bell Choir, Middletown, will perform in the historic Eisner New Jersey Reading Room 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12. The public is invited to attend this concert and to enjoy the music of the hand bells.
The library will welcome back the Women of Song, a women's chorus featuring beautiful multi-part harmonies graced by soloists and piano accompaniment, 2-3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19. Both programs are free and no registration is required. The concerts are suitable for all ages.
