Mr. Mason, 80, of Little Silver, and formerly Rumson, died Nov. 26, 2009, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was an attorney and partner at Madnick, Milstein and Mason, Asbury Park, retiring in 1991. Prior to that, he was an attorney for Allstate Insurance, New York City. Mr. Mason was predeceased by four sisters, Patricia Monks, Mary Jane O'Reilly, Ruth Smith and Joan Powers Moody. He is survived by his wife, Celine Connell Mason; two sons, Patrick S. Mason Jr. and Joseph G. Mason; a daughter Marie C. O'Hara; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Cross Church, Rumson. Burial followed at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. The John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank, was in charge of arrangements.
