Mr. Magee, 92, of Red Bank, died Dec. 20, 2009, at home. He was a former owner and partner at Clayton and Magee, Red Bank. Mr. Magee served on the Red Bank Board of Education for 16 years, and was an active member of the Red Bank Chamber of Commerce and Retail Trade Board. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Maylouise Gilbert Magee; a daughter and sonin law, Lois Anne and Frederick Zehr of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald E. and Mary Magee of Tinton Falls; and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be Dec. 26 at 11:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Red Bank. Arrangements are by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
