RBBEF meeting, picnic July 7 in R.B.

The Red Bank Borough Educational Foundation (RBBEF) will hold its first meeting for individuals interested in its Swimming River Discoveries project at 6:30 p.m. July 7 at the Red Bank Primary School, River Street, Red Bank.

The informal meeting will be a potluck picnic where members will bring a main dish or salad for eight to 10 people; beverages, dessert, and paper products will be provided. The picnic will proceed rain or shine.

The announcement of the three winners of the Discover the Swimming River photo contest will be made at the meeting. In addition to a cash prize, the winners will have photos printed in a limited-edition notecard set to be sold as a fundraiser for the Discoveries project.
