The Red Bank Public Library, in partnership with Literacy Volunteers of Monmouth County, is offering a free 10- week class in English as a Second Language (ESL) for those who want to learn English or improve their English.

Registration will be held during the first two sessions on Thursday, Jan. 21 and 28. Classes will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. Jan. 21, 28, Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25, and March 4, 11, 18, 25.

Please bring a notebook and a pencil or pen to each class at the Red Bank Public Library, 84 W. Front St.
