Mr. Webb, 57, of Monmouth Beach, died Dec. 17, 2009, at St. Barnabas Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Long Branch. He resided in Oceanport prior to relocating to Monmouth Beach 25 years ago. He was a salesman at World Volkswagen, Neptune, for several years. He was predeceased by his father, George Webb; and a sister, Claire Webb. He is survived by his wife, Jean Kelly Webb; three daughters and sons-in-law, Christine K. and John Veleber of Mendham, Michelle and Bastiaan deRoo of Leiden, The Netherlands, and Holly Hover of Monmouth Beach; his parents, Alice C.W. Jennings and Jim Jennings of Long Branch; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by The Flock Funeral Home, Long Branch.
