Mrs. Rich, 98, of Middletown, died Dec. 27, 2009, at home. She was an elementary teacher for the Hazlet Board of Education for 15 years, retiring 37 years ago. She was a member of the N.J. Education Association and the National Education Association. Mrs. Rich was predeceased by her husband, William; a son, William; a granddaughter, Stephanie; and a grandson, Michael. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis and Bob Zoeller of Little Silver, and Judith and Carmine Marmo of Jackson; a daughter-in-law, Carole Rich of Oceanport; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
