The Fair Haven PTA will host its annual luncheon, “My Fair Haven — A Celebration of Community,” at 10 a.m. on March 13 at Holiday Inn, Hope Road, Tinton Falls. Local artists have submitted works representing their ideas for “My Fair Haven,” with a painting by Quinn Nolan, a third-grader at Sickles School, chosen for the event poster.
