The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs will bring its veterans outreach program, One Mall a Month, to Monmouth Mall, Route 36 and 35, Eatontown, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Feb. 2-4. The program’s purpose is to inform veterans and their families of all the benefits that they may be eligible to receive from the state and federal governments. A presentation of the N.J.
