SHREWSBURY — Some children are born with, or later develop, delays in normal talking, moving, learning, or behaving.

School, free programs are available throughout New Jersey to give these children the start they need.

Preschool programs for children with disabilities are available for children from 3 to 5 years old to help meet their needs, and to involve the family with a caring, professional staff. Educational development programs are offered for school-age children between the ages of prekindergarten and 14.
