Mrs. Becker, 85, of Augusta, Ga., and formerly of Rumson, died March 16, 2010, at the Brandon Wilde Nursing Home where she was a resident for 2½ years. She lived in Monmouth County from 1960 until 2005. Mrs. Becker was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 1999 and her progression led her to move in with her daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Thomas Manley of Augusta. Other survivors are daughters Stacey Maclay of Acton, Mass., and Peggy Moody and her husband, James, of Fair Haven; and eight grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Cross Church, Rumson. Interment was private.
