RED BANK — Red Bank Elks Lodge No. 233 is sponsoring a Batter Up Contest noon-3 p.m. Saturday, June 19.

The contest, which is free to all players, will be held at East Side Park on Harrison Avenue in Red Bank.

There will be five youth groups, ages 5 to 15, and all levels of baseball, t-ball and softball players, including specialneeds children.

Awards will be given, and first-place winners will go on to the regional tournament. Regional winners will move on to the state tournament at FirstEnergy Park, Lakewood, home of the Blue- Claws.
