The Helen R. Shultz Scholarship Committee has established the $1,500 Helen R. Shultz Scholarship for the 2010-11 academic year. Candidates must live in West Long Branch or Monmouth County and be accepted into a library science or paraprofessional library program by July 1. The scholarship will be awarded based on evidence of scholarship, clarity in stated goals and objectives, and professional growth and interest in library science.
