Ms. Granato, 48, of Monmouth Beach, died Aug. 11, 2010, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, after a short illness. She had a long and successful career in marketing and sales in the natural food business and helped launch a number of renowned products, including Smart Water, Clif Bar, and Vans. Ms. Granato is survived by her parents, Carol and Jim; a brother, Rick; a sister-in-law, Amy; a nephew and a niece. A Celebration of Life service was held at Thompson Memorial Home.
