Ranney’s Sykoff receives recognition
TINTON FALLS — The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) recognized Head of School Lawrence S. Sykoff, Ed.D., as recipient of the 2012 Quarter Century Award during the CASE annual district conference awards luncheon.
Under Sykoff’s stewardship, Ranney School has experienced modernization and expansion that has resulted in the school’s highest enrollment ever in 2011- 12, fiscal soundness, and national recognition of students and programs.
Throughout his 35-year career, Sykoff has distinguished himself in the field of education for his contributions to leadership and commitment to service for the purpose of advancing the mission. Sykoff is a member of many affiliations, including CASE, the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools, the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools and the National Association of Independent Schools.
